Look where I found the remote control.

I have scrapped the photo above. It’s not yet finished though. I’m currently organizing my scrapping stuff. I was using ACDSee 7 before to view and organize them but the system kept on hanging. So I had to uninstall it. I then reinstalled a higher version of it, but the same thing happened. After all the hardwork of putting categories/tags, kainis. I don’t know, probably I need to upgrade our pc’s memory. Anyway, I’m using Picasa2 right now, so far so good. But I still have 700+ folders to organize. I have folders for Kits (full kits with elements, papers, etc), Paperpacks (papers only), Elements, Overlays, Alphas, Brushes, Samples & Sketches and Others (fonts, tutorials). Then I plan to group the kits by colors, or seasons (christmas, summer, etc) and the elements by their type, like flowers, doodles, brads, etc.
And finally, I was able to shop for new kits. It’s not much though, just some Gina Miller’s stuff on sale at Scrapbook-bytes. No plans of digi-shopping in the near future yet, not until I put the new kits into use or if there’s another great sale which accepts credit cards (Most shops accepts Paypal only).
It’s lunch and Estong was sitting on his high chair. I was about to put rice in our plates when he grabbed my hand that was holding the bowl of rice. He wanted some rice. He’s not talking clearly yet but he sure can express his needs. hee hee He likes rice and enjoys feeding himself with it. Only, he eats like the Cookie Monster! Rice are flying everywhere. ;P

I’ve been trying some steamed recipes after borrowing my bro’s steamer. {Yes, it’s borrowed. Poor me, I don’t have my own steamer yet.}
I’ve tried Del Monte’s Hardinera. Got it from the recipe book given to me by J. It’s much like the embutido, only it is placed in llanera lined with banana leaves. It was good, but I think I should have added one more egg. And it does have a lot of ingredients, it took us quite a while to prepare all of them.
I’ll be cooking Del Monte’s Meatloaf (also taken from the recipe book) sometime this week. This one’s easier as it has fewer ingredients.
Estong had his 2nd flu shot today. After the checkup we went to SM Southmall. We decided to eat at McDonald’s since Estong loves their hamburger. It was their grand opening after the renovation so a lot was going on there. There’s a band, toy sale, games and the mascots were all over the place. Of course, I wouldn’t let the opportunity pass. I (or daddy) had to snap some pictures.

We then got Estong a new pair of pants and a polo, both a little big for him ;D.
